At the end of July, (almost) all lab mem­bers based in Fin­land and Ger­many came togeth­er for a four-day lab retreat at the beau­ti­ful­ly locat­ed Lam­mi Bio­log­i­cal Sta­tion about 2 hours north of Helsin­ki. While dis­cussing com­mu­ni­ca­tion and doc­u­men­ta­tion prac­tices in the lab as well as get­ting excit­ed about future research direc­tions, we enjoyed spend­ing time togeth­er out­side of video con­fer­ences. To many more pro­duc­tive and vibrant lab retreats!
