Dur­ing her 12.5 years in the UK, Suse Pre­jawa orig­i­nal­ly trained as a speech and lan­guage ther­a­pist and lat­er obtained a degree in neu­ro­science. Dur­ing her 6.5 years research­ing the neu­ro­science of lan­guage with peo­ple with apha­sia, she has worked exten­sive­ly with struc­tur­al and func­tion­al MRI.
In Feb­ru­ary 2016 Suse took over as sci­en­tif­ic coor­di­na­tor for the O’BRAIN Lab in the Col­lab­o­ra­tive Research Cen­tre 1052 “Obe­si­ty Mech­a­nisms”. She is respon­si­ble for the coor­di­na­tion, orga­ni­za­tion, admin­is­tra­tion and com­mu­ni­ca­tion of the O’BRAIN Lab.
