In 2016 Mathis Lammert completed the studies of Human Medicine at the University of Leipzig. During several internships in the clinical fields of Neurology and Neurosurgery, he developed a strong interest for the pathologies of the brain. He joined the O’Brain Lab in 2017 where he focuses on the effects of bariatric surgery on dopamine pathways of the brain.
