Media Coverage of Our Research on Ultra-Processed Foods

We are thrilled to announce that our recent study, “Ultra-processed food consumption affects structural integrity of feeding-related brain regions independent of and via adiposity,” published on April 8th in npj Metabolism Health and Disease, has received extensive media coverage across multiple international outlets.
