Welcoming Our New Member, Anna !

We are thrilled to announce that Anna Krasiko­va has joined the OBRAIN lab as a mas­ter’s the­sis stu­dent. Anna will be work­ing under the super­vi­sion of Manon on the LUMINA Project, uti­liz­ing data that will be col­lect­ed in the fol­low­ing months to devel­op her the­sis. We eager­ly antic­i­pate the insights and dis­cov­er­ies her work will bring to the project.

Anna is cur­rent­ly pur­su­ing her mas­ter’s degree in human nutri­tion at the Fac­ul­ty of Forestry and Agri­cul­tur­al Sci­ences. She brings valu­able expe­ri­ence from her pre­vi­ous role as a nutri­tion­ist, where she devel­oped per­son­al­ized nutri­tion plans for patients, address­ing indi­vid­ual diag­noses and food aller­gies. She also com­plet­ed detailed nutri­tion­al assess­ments based on health his­to­ry, med­ical con­di­tions, and ener­gy require­ments. Her exper­tise will be instru­men­tal in refin­ing the dietary infor­ma­tion and inter­pre­ta­tion with­in the LUMINA Project.

The LUMINA Project is focused on under­stand­ing the long-term neu­rocog­ni­tive alter­ations fol­low­ing breast can­cer. Anna’s con­tri­bu­tions will be vital in advanc­ing our under­stand­ing of the nutri­tion­al aspects relat­ed to these alterations.
